we aim to process all orders within 2-3 working days, every parcel at NOA is sent by our small business fulfilment partners CK fulfilment and is sent via a fully tracked service as standard with free shipping over £40.00. We offer optional upgrades with Royal Mail and DPD for UK orders. Should there ever be an issue with your order we will contact you as soon as possible. Please ensure to check your shipping address is correct, if it is not then we are not responsible should your parcel go missing in transit. During busy periods it may take us a little longer to dispatch your order however should this pass our 3 working day turnaround we will contact you to let you know! International shipping Our international service is fulfilled by our courier Royal Mail. Depending on where you are in the world parcels can take between 2 and 20 working days to arrive. Depending on the order value will determine if your parcel is trackable or not. We will also never ship to a country that requires our goods to be tested on animals. If your country is not listed at checkout please get in touch and we will be happy to sort this for you.
All of our products have their specified burn time or lifespan in the product description on our website. Candles: Our 180ml candles have a burn time of 35-40 hours Our Large 500ml double wick candles have a burn time of 45-55 hours. Room Sprays: Our Room sprays contain 150ml of liquid and will last 2-3 months. Wax Melts: Our Wax Bars have an approximate lifespan of 120 hours. Each cube can be used up to 3 times before losing its scent.

It’s always sad to see our products arrive to their new homes damaged which is why we will do all we can to help make it right. Please take photos of the damaged items and packaging and email us with both your order number and photos, we will aim to get back to you within 2-4 working days and will be able to either replace or refund you for the damaged goods. We ask that all customers notify us of any damages within 48 hours, failure to do so will result in us being unable to refund or replace your items.
