we are firm believers here at NOA that hand-made products truly make a huge difference to user experience with the products they buy. Each product has a story to tell and has taken years of work to perfect, from finding the perfect wick and wax, to test burning and perfecting the pour temperature, testing different reeds for scent throw and all things in between. it’s been four years in the making for us and we are always looking at ways we can build our skills and knowledge - we even started our own candle community 2 years back to help other makers on their journey.

every product from our brand is made in our manchester studio - whether that be the candles, the melts, the diffusers or the bath and body range but that isn’t where it originally began. our humble roots started with £200 and a kitchen stovetop, I (natasha) learnt the craft in the dark months of November and December in 2018 after being at uni in the day come hobbyist chandler by night. I learned all I know and built the business from the little spare room of my home, with no investment or loans, storing stock in a vintage librarians cabinet and eventually a metal shelf from B&Q. we’ve come a long way since then after the boxes began to take over the house after overflowing from the spare room and now have a lovely workshop in Manchester which we have been in for almost 2 years now. One day I dream of converting a barn in wales (but that’s a little while away yet!)
